Get an Assessment
The FASTEST way to get your product assessed is to bring it to our Service Center. If you can’t bring it in, you can schedule a home visit for a small trip fee! An assessment will help you understand what needs to be fixed to get your product functioning properly. You will only be charged an Assessment Fee. If you choose to use our service, the assessment fee will automatically apply to any repair costs. If, for any reason, you decide not to move forward with our services, the Assessment Fee is Non-Refundable.
Receive a Quote
After we assess your product, we can give you a Quote on how much it will cost to fix it. In most cases, you will not have to pay for any parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and you will not be charged for Labor if you purchased your product from us. That makes your repair cost FREE!
Get it FIXED!
Once you receive a quote and choose to repair or service your product with us, we will give you a Pick-Up date. Sometimes, we can repair medical equipment while you wait, or you can Pick up your product the SAME DAY!
